Design & Experience

Beauty brand website development

Beauty brand websites that can sell shade and routine — brand craft with a catalog behind it, not a campaign film with no shop.

Beauty brands need a site that holds photography, education, and a path to purchase. Weblexia designs and builds beauty brand websites for lines that want editorial pacing without losing the catalog. Commerce often lands on Shopify; the brand layer can be the same store or a marketing site that feeds it. Cosmetics and skincare have sharper catalog pages if that is the search you meant.

  • Implementation on the agreed platform

01 — What we build

What this engagement covers

  1. 01

    Brand and story templates

Home, about, and campaign surfaces that still lead to product.

  2. 02

    Routine and concern IA

How customers shop the line — not a dump of SKUs under one Shop button.

  3. 03

    Storefront or brand-plus-store

Implementation on the agreed stack, with PDPs that can take media without stalling.

02 — What's included

In a typical statement of work

  • Brand IA and key templates
  • Design system fit for beauty media
  • Implementation on the agreed platform
  • Content model for routines and education
  • Performance budget on media-heavy pages
  • Launch and editor or merchandiser handover

03 — Process

How the work actually runs

  1. 01

    Brand and catalog reality

How you sell, who merchandises, and which platform actually fits — written before design polish. We will not start in Figma against an unchosen stack.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Templates, content model, and commerce rules if there is a cart. Platform choice is part of this step, not a logo on the proposal cover.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Figma where it earns its keep, then implementation on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or Webflow as scoped. Performance on the templates that take traffic is part of the same pass.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

Staging sign-off, redirects, analytics, and notes the team can operate. Go-live is a rehearsal.

05 — Why Weblexia

How we partner on this work

  • 01

    Category constraints first

Jewellery, skincare, and furniture do not share a theme. We start with catalog, claims, and fulfilment — then pick the stack.

  • 02

    Platform as a decision

Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and Webflow are tools. We recommend one in writing. We will not implement three 'just in case'.

  • 03

    Operators can run it

CMS fields, sections, and merchandising rules are built for the people who ship campaigns after we leave.

  • 04

    No invented prices

Investment follows discovery. Published bands on the pricing hub orient the conversation; the statement of work follows the catalog and stack.

Partnership signal

What happens when you reach out

A senior lead reads your context before the first conversation — not a script, not a junior qualifier. If we are not the right fit, we say so plainly.

Qualified inquiries receive a written response within two business days — often with a proposed discovery shape, not a generic rate card.

06 — Capabilities

What we typically implement

  • Beauty brand UX
  • Routine IA
  • Media-heavy PDPs
  • Storefront build
  • Figma
  • Shopify
  • Webflow
  • WordPress

Investment

Productized economics

Published ranges and tiers orient the conversation — final statements of work reflect your stack, traffic, and risk profile after a short consultation.

Consultative engagement

  • Design engagements are scoped as partnerships — milestones, success metrics, and governance are agreed before material engineering spend.
  • Review engagement models on the pricing hub, then book a consultation for a tailored proposal.

09 — FAQs

Questions we are asked before a proposal

Beauty vs cosmetics vs skincare pages?

Beauty brand is the wider brand-and-site engagement. Cosmetics ecommerce is shade and cart. Skincare is ingredient and routine content. Use the URL that matches the catalog; we will not staff three teams.

Can the brand site live off the store?

Yes, when there is a reason — Webflow or WordPress for brand, Shopify for cart. Two sites need a redirect and analytics plan. Many beauty brands are better as one Shopify storefront.

Subscriptions?

When replenishment is real. See Shopify for beauty brands if the store is already Shopify-shaped.

Next step

Discuss your beauty brand website with the team that ships it.

Share the catalog, the current site, or the outcome you need. A senior lead replies with a realistic path — discovery, a scoped build, or a clear decline if we are not the right fit.
